Chase Jarvis

Chase Jarvis is well known as a visionary photographer, director, fine artist and entrepreneur with a consistent ambition to break down the barriers between new and traditional media, fine and commercial art. He has been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS, the Discovery Channel, and Fox, as well as in the New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times. Chase has been cited as one of the top 30 most influential photographers of the past decade.

As an entrepreneur, Chase is an innovator with a history of disrupting large markets. Most recently, he is the Co-founder, Chairman, and Chief Creative Officer of creativeLIVE, one of the world's fastest growing online education companies—with a track record of already educating more than two million students in 200 countries worldwide and delivering more than ten million hours of free education to learners everywhere. creativeLIVE regularly delivers courses to more than 40,000 students and have also created many of the largest courses in the world, including some with more than 150,000 students attending from 178 countries.

Beyond his passion for education, Chase is also the creator of Best Camera app, the world's first mobile app to share images direct to social networks which kicked off the global photo-sharing craze in 2009 and helped transform the global media space. Best Camera was named the Top 20 app of the Year by Wired, Macworld, the New York Times and others—and earned praise from legendary Apple executive Phil Schiller as his "favorite" photo app according to the New York Times in 2009.

In addition to his creative pursuits, Chase has many interests. He is a widely sought after presenter and has been a keynote speaker on five continents, with invites ranging from Fortune 500 companies, to universities, to the prestigious TED conferences held worldwide. He is an "accidental" social media maven with millions followers across many of the most popular social networks.
