The GUILD Literary division represents some of the greatest minds of our time, with a primary focus on nonfiction and business books. Our goal, above all else, is to work with individuals who shift paradigms and who are masters of their particular field.

Some of our recent book deals include Ido Leffler and Lance Kalish's Get Big Fast and Do More Good, about how they built a global empire and how you can do it too, published by Amazon Publishing (Tim Ferriss, Deepak Chopra, Penny Marshall) in Fall 2013, and a two book deal for food policy expert and global thought leader Ellen Gustafson (Rodale), with her first book, We the Eaters, which was published in Spring 2014.

We hope to continue to build awareness around important issues through the work of our writers, and also to create new methods of distribution and consumption of high-level intellectual content.

GUILD is constantly seeking-out great writers, both published and unpublished. However, we work with a small, select group of projects at any given time.

We accept electronic and physical submissions, but we prefer electronic submissions to, in PDF form, whenever possible. Please do NOT send a full-length manuscript unless requested by one of our agents, as we primarily represent nonfiction and are seeking book proposals. If you send your submission via regular mail, be sure to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Please make your submission letter as concise as possible, and also understand that due to the high number of inquiries and submissions we receive, we cannot reply to every query. If we are interested, it may take 2-4 weeks to get a response. Please let us know up-front if you are bringing your project to multiple agencies, or if you are giving GUILD an exclusive first-look.

Please do not follow up with us after sending your project, whether it be via phone or email. Messages and emails will not be returned. If we are interested, we will be in touch with you.

We look forward to reading your work!
